Remora Test Drive Program - Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Remora Test Drive Program (“Program”).

This Program is designed as a collaborative, “try before you buy” experience where selected participants (“Participant”, “you”) receive a Remora PRO Evaluation Kit to use in real-world workflows.

By participating in the Program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Program Overview

The Remora Test Drive Program is a 3-week loan-based evaluation program.

You will:

Receive a Remora PRO Evaluation Kit
Use it in your workflow
Create and share content based on your experience
Earn credit and/or commission toward a potential purchase

This is not a free product - it is a structured trial designed to benefit both you and Remora.

2. Eligibility & Acceptance

Participation is by application and approval only.

We reserve the right to:

Accept or reject any applicant
Limit participation based on available units
End or modify the Program at any time

3. Activation fee & Waitlist

An activation fee is required to participate in the Program.

Due to limited availability of evaluation units:

Your kit may not ship immediately after payment
The activation fee reserves your place in the queue
Kits are shipped as soon as units become available

Estimated timelines may vary, particularly for international participants.

The activation fee is refundable in accordance with these Terms.

4. Trial Duration

Standard trial period: 3 weeks from delivery
Weekly check-ins may occur during the trial
Extensions may be offered at Remora’s discretion (not guaranteed)

5. What You Receive

You will be sent a Remora PRO Evaluation Kit, which may include:

Remora PRO units (Tx + Rx)
Charging cables
Audio cables
Accessories
Return packaging and instructions

You are fully responsible for the unit during the trial period.

6. Content Requirements

To participate fully in the Program, you agree to create and share content based on your experience using Remora.

Minimum requirements:

3 posts (including at least 1 video/reel)
4 stories (including at least 1 in the first week)

You agree to:

Use Remora in genuine workflows
Represent your experience honestly
Follow the general content guidelines provided

Content must meet a reasonable standard of quality and authenticity consistent with the Program guidelines.

Content does not require approval before posting, but must not be misleading, harmful, or dishonest.

7. Content Submission & Tracking

You agree to:

Upload all content to the Ambassador Hub/Dashboard
Upload raw files (photos/videos) where available

This is used for:

Tracking progress
Internal review
Reposting and marketing use

This is not for content approval or restriction.

Failure to upload content may result in:

Content being considered incomplete
Loss of associated rewards or credits

8. Platform & Tagging Requirements

All required content must be posted on Instagram
You must tag @remora.pro on all relevant posts and stories
Other platforms may be supported in future but do not count toward Program requirements at this time

9. Content Usage & Intellectual Property

By participating, you grant Remora a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

Repost
Share
Use your content for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes

You retain ownership of your content.

10. Affiliate Program & Commission

Participants will be enrolled in the Remora affiliate system (via UpPromote or equivalent platform).

Key terms:

You receive a unique referral link and/or code
Commission is earned on valid completed sales
Commission applies only to tracked purchases
Refunded or cancelled orders are not commissionable

Commission Windows

If you return the unit:
→ You earn commission during the trial + 60 days after (cookie window)
→ After this period, your code will be deactivated
If you purchase the unit:
→ Your code remains active
→ You continue earning commission without restriction

All tracking, attribution, and payouts are subject to the affiliate platform.

Affiliate commissions may not be available at all times due to product availability.

11. Earnings & Payment Structure

1. Content Credit

Completing all content requirements unlocks a credit toward your Remora purchase
If you purchase the unit:
→ Credit is applied as a discount
If you return the unit:
→ You may receive the content credit as a cash payout or equivalent payment method, provided all requirements (including return conditions) are met

2. Commission

Earned through affiliate sales
Can be paid out or applied toward purchase

3. Exceptional Cases

In select cases, high-performing participants may:

Be gifted their unit
Have their activation fee refunded
Continue earning commission without restriction

These decisions are made at Remora’s sole discretion.

12. Payment Authorization

By participating, you agree to:

Provide a valid payment method
Authorize Remora to charge your payment method if terms are not met

13. Condition of the Unit (“Working Condition”)

Returned units must be in working condition, defined as:

Fully functional and operational
No major physical damage (cracks, broken ports, exposed components)
No missing essential components
No water damage, misuse, or unauthorized modification
Reasonable wear consistent with normal use

Minor cosmetic wear is acceptable.

14. Damage, Loss, or Non-Return

If the unit is:

Not returned
Returned damaged beyond normal use
Missing key components

You may be charged:

Partial or full cost of the unit
Minus any activation fee already paid

We aim to be fair - this clause exists to prevent misuse, not penalize normal use.

15. Return Process

If you choose to return the unit:

You must:
Ship the unit within 10 calendar days of the end of your trial
Use the provided shipping method where applicable
Provide valid shipping confirmation within this period

If shipping confirmation is not provided within 10 days:

Your activation fee may be forfeited
You may be charged for the full cost of the unit

We understand international shipping can vary - communication is required if delays occur.

16. End of Trial Options

At the end of the trial, you may:

1. Purchase your unit

Apply earned credit and commission
Continue using Remora without content requirements
Continue earning commission

2. Return the unit

No cost if returned correctly and in working condition
Keep commission earned
Receive content credit payout if requirements are met

3. Extended collaboration (select cases only)

Continue using the unit under a separate agreement

17. Conduct & Fair Use

You agree not to:

Misrepresent Remora or its capabilities
Engage in fraudulent affiliate activity
Attempt to exploit or abuse the Program

Violation may result in:

Removal from the Program
Loss of earnings
Charges for the unit

18. Reasonable Use

This Program is built on mutual trust.

Participants are expected to act reasonably and in good faith.
If a situation arises that is not explicitly covered in these Terms, Remora reserves the right to make a fair and reasonable decision based on the intent of the Program.
